Access:** Enrollment includes 12 months of program access, coaching, curriculum, and community.
Payments:** I am responsible for the full purchase price of $10,000 and all agreed payments.

Intellectual Property:** All Breadwinner Energy® materials, frameworks, methods, and branding remain the property of It's Tay LLC. I may use what I learn in my own business but may not copy, share, resell, reproduce, or teach proprietary materials or methodologies without written authorization.

Confidentiality:** I will protect private program information and other members' personal and business information.

Participation:** I agree to follow community guidelines. Violations may result in removal without refund, subject to applicable law.

Results:** No specific financial, business, or personal results are guaranteed.

Agreement:** I agree to these checkout terms and understand that a separate Client Enrollment Agreement will be provided for signature after purchase.

I understand and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued except as required by law. I remain responsible for all agreed payments, regardless of participation or program completion.
